About

Little Planet is a personal notebook kept by an amateur observer. It started as a folder of scribbled observing logs and grew into a small site where those notes can live.

The equipment is deliberately modest: a 6-inch Dobsonian, a pair of 10×50 binoculars, a folding chair and a thermos. Everything here is written for fun and for future me.

What you will find

Observing logs, sketches, collimation tips, and the occasional failed experiment.
